FlexServe uses a 4-phase AI conversation to learn about your business and build your website automatically. Phase 1: Discovery (what kind of business). Phase 2: Deep Dive (services, pricing, schedule). Phase 3: Design (colors, style, branding). Phase 4: Ready (generate your site). The entire process typically takes 10-20 minutes.

FlexServe supports virtually any service-based business with 11 specialized AI expert personas: cleaning services, tutoring, pet care, errands and delivery, creative services, home services, wellness and fitness, sports coaching, beauty and personal care, professional services, and a general assistant for any other service business.

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. It includes AI onboarding, 1 site generation, 1 AI edit, 3 AI images, booking widget, client portal, and CRM. No credit card required during the trial period. Your data is preserved even if the trial expires.

Three plans: Base at $9/month (1 site, 50 bookings, 1 staff), Pro at $24/month (3 sites, 200 bookings, 5 staff, analytics, invoicing, calendar sync), and Elite at $59/month (10 sites, unlimited bookings, 20 staff, custom domain, white-label). All plans include a 7-day free trial. Optional Privacy add-on is $15/month on any plan.

The Privacy add-on ($15/month, available on any plan) includes anonymous booking via Private IDs, client screening and approval, AES-256-GCM encryption for client data, single-use access codes, stealth mode to hide from search engines, and enhanced data retention controls.

Yes. Each plan includes staff seats (Base: 1, Pro: 5, Elite: 20). You can add extra staff members for $3/seat/month on any plan. Manage seats from Dashboard > Settings > Billing.

Customers visit your generated website, browse services, choose a staff member (optional), pick a date and time, and fill in their details. They get instant confirmation and can manage appointments through their client portal. You manage everything from the dashboard.

Yes. FlexServe uses JWT authentication, TLS encryption for all data in transit, bcrypt password hashing, PCI-compliant Stripe payments, per-tenant data isolation, rate limiting on all endpoints, and optional AES-256-GCM encryption with the Privacy add-on. Hosted on AWS with 99.9% uptime.

FlexServe supports 4 languages: English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. The entire platform β€” AI onboarding, dashboard, generated websites, and support β€” works in all four languages.

Visit flexserve.ai, choose a plan, create your account with email, password, and business name, then complete Stripe checkout. All plans include a 7-day free trial. After signup, our AI immediately starts building your site through a conversational interview.

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link valid for 1 hour. Set a new password (8+ characters, one uppercase, one lowercase, one number). All existing sessions are invalidated after a password reset.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter (A-Z), one lowercase letter (a-z), and one number (0-9). We recommend 12+ characters with special characters and using a password manager.

Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated β€” you only pay the difference. Downgrades take effect immediately with a prorated credit applied to your next billing cycle. Manage your plan from Dashboard > Settings > Billing.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from Dashboard > Settings > Billing. Your data is preserved after cancellation β€” you can still log in but most features will be locked until you re-subscribe.
