Terms of Service

FlexServe is a product owned and operated by Nexint Technology Solutions. By accessing or using FlexServe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, do not use the service. References to "we", "us", or "FlexServe" mean Nexint Technology Solutions in its capacity as the operator of the FlexServe product.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using FlexServe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
FlexServe is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered website generation, online booking, client management, marketing automation, and optional integrations with Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
3. Subscription Plans
FlexServe offers tiered subscription plans with different feature sets and usage limits. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Charges are processed monthly via Stripe.
4. Your Content
You retain all rights to content you upload or create on FlexServe. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content as needed to provide the service.
5. Connected Third-Party Accounts
When you connect a third-party account via OAuth, you authorize FlexServe to access only the data permitted by the scopes you grant. We use this data exclusively to provide the features you've enabled.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FlexServe to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, send spam, impersonate others, or reverse engineer the service.
7. SMS Communications
If you use the SMS blast feature, you confirm that you have explicit consent from each recipient. You are responsible for compliance with TCPA, GDPR, and similar laws. FlexServe automatically appends unsubscribe instructions to all blast messages.
8. Termination
Either party can terminate the agreement at any time. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
9. Limitation of Liability
FlexServe is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexint Technology Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
