1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FlexServe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

FlexServe is an AI-powered SaaS platform that enables users to create, manage, and operate service-based businesses. The platform provides AI-generated websites, booking management, client relationship management, invoicing, and related tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use FlexServe. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FlexServe for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Illegal goods or services
  • Fraudulent business operations
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Harassment, abuse, or discrimination
  • Automated abuse of AI features or rate limit circumvention

6. AI-Generated Content

FlexServe uses artificial intelligence to generate website content, copy, and images. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. FlexServe does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated output.

7. Usage Limits & Plans

Each plan tier includes specific usage limits for AI messages, sessions, site generations, and other resources. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary restriction of services until the next billing period or until you upgrade your plan.

8. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

9. Data Privacy

Your data is stored securely and scoped to your tenant account. We do not sell your data to third parties. AI conversation data may be used to improve the service in anonymized form.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

11. Limitation of Liability

FlexServe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
